1. About requesting samples: How could I get the samples?
General speaking, we need to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery cost, then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are the same as those on the price list. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples. We promise to deduct this payment when you place orders.
2. About the Price: Could I get your price list?
Yes, please tell us the products and quantities you are interested in, then we will offer the prices by e-mail. We are very glad to provide competitive prices.
3. About the delivery terms: What kind of delivery will you use?
FOB, CIF, CFR, CIP and so on, we usually ship the products by vessel via our shipping agent. If you have your agent in China , please negotiate with us.
4. About the Trademark: Could you do OEM?
Yes, generally, we use our own trademark, but OEM is also welcome, only decided by your requests.
5. About the Delivery Time: How long will you take to ship the products after receiving orders?
We have standard lead times for each product but it may be pulled out as the delivery time do depend on the quantity you order and our production capacity. We promise to confirm satisfied delivery date within 24 hours.
6. About the Payment Terms: What payment Terms do you accept?
We are manufacturer and exporter, so only do wholesale, irrevocable L/C at sight , D/P at sight and T/T are acceptable.
